I surprised when booking done, paid the airfare that mean complete.
But next day, email cancel and customer service ask to pay more to get ticket issue.

Two times we receive one call of one of the Service people changing the original terms! And we finally decide to kept the service because we alreary set diferent tours and hotels reservations considering our previus booking flight whit the company! At the end we paid $300 over the first price!

Excellent job done. There was no option to book checkout luggage and seat selection. I called you I was asked 345 GBP. I booked with airlines for 115 GBP.
