Find tickets and buy no hassle no problem quick search on fares and customer friendly.

Quick and easy to find what I needed. This was a dream come true.

It was my first time using SmartFares, but I found the rates to be very competitive. I also chose an option to preselect seat by error, and the Chat Staff was so helpful. I got confirmation of refund within good time, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone, as well as use it again.

Paid for my flight, got the confirmation from the airline, and then an email to confirm that everything went alright from the company.

My sons name was combined, but that happens pretty often even when I'm booking directly with airlines.

Hopefully the rest of the trip is as smooth, RJA has changed out flight plans before.

I booked two tickets for flights on smartfares the price of each ticket shown on the website was in Canadian dollars was 506 each. I should have been charged 1012 total for the tickets. I also paid extra 48.99 Canadian dollars for payment protection for cancellation within twenty four hours. My credit card was charged 1155 dollars. I immediately wrote them about overcharge. They deliberately replied after 24 hours so that I was not able to cancel the flights. I wrote them repeatedly but no response. They are scammers and price shown on the website is misleading and the customer service is also poor. I would never book with them. I felt cheated by smartfares and won't recommend anyone.

Ticket prices hiked and I had to pay much higher than other tickets available

I received confirmation and was charged for my ticket. The evening prior to my flight I attempted to check in but airline had no record of my ticket. I contacted smartfares and they told me I needed to pay triple the amount I had initially booked the ticket for as prices had gone up. I refused and they told me I could cancel for 80USD fee which I also refused. I was fortunate that I could still book the ticket through an alternate company at the same price and contested the charge with the merchant who processed the payment for me. The customer service was non existent and was identical to a scam provider where my refusal to pay more met an offer for a refund with fees, when I refused that I was offered to pay more for the ticket. We went around and around in circles until I concluded it was a scam and booked an alternate ticket and contested the charge.
