My experience with smartfares has been a very excellent one. It enables me to travel with comfort with a piece of mind. I love this experience therefore I'm looking forward for this to continue over the period of time I will be engaging with smartfares. I'll definately recommend it to friends and families.
It was definitely a good deal compared to other booking platforms. But the customer service tried to sell me baggage for 150 dollars and said that my ticket doesn't even include hand luggage. But when I received my booking and checked on the airline website, I actually had even 23kg included.

Got a round trip from California, USA to London, England for very cheap! Paid to choose my seats but wasn't allowed to check-in electronically, or be given the seats I picked. I didn't even get to sit next to my group. However I did get a refund on the "choose my seat" option.

The e-ticketing info showed up later as expected, although none of the links work. And then we receive multiple telephone calls pressuring us to buy travel insurance, which we had to say "no" to multiple times. Hopefully, the flexible ticket option that we purchased with our tickets will work as stated.
I was knew that website but when i started to book my ticket so i found its very easy and fast + safe plate farm
I bought a ticket from dallas to Pakistan and they deducted more money than it was showing on website. It is still showing that they deducted same price but from my account more money was deducted.
