Bought 2 tickets at once, and got confirmation from one. Called smart fares, the call was very quick, under 2 min. I got the 2nd confirmation as the agent promised in under 30 minutes.

After bought ticket the company called me and asked extra money for ticket
When I initially booked my plane tickets, the price indicated on my confirmation was $1,550.00 Canadian. But when I received my final email confirmation, the price had jumped to $1,630.00 Canadian. Why?

Excellent! This was my first time buying in Smart Fares and it was excellent
I wanted to cancel my flight after a few minutes I booked it as I realized I made a mistake. The online assistant said that there were fees of $100 and then with negotiations went down to $70 and then $50. At the end I decided to keep my booking as fees were still too high for me. It was a true disappointment to learn that what they advertise is actually not true at all.
When my booking mistakenly had an undesired add-on, they were easy enough to contact and work with to get a refund.
