I got charged $120 to be able to choose my seats then to find out Smartfares kept the money and the airline didnt receive a seat option for me. So i have to pay extra money to sit next to my husband. Last time i will use Smartfares to purchase a flight ticket.

I haven't been allowed to pick my seats and paid $19 extra to do so. The link doesn't work on the issued confirmation. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP. There were many isle seats available at time of purchase. You shouldn't advertise ability to pick your seat, if you can't do so at purchase, or evidently after. Please advise.

When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
