Smart Fares was easy to work with, efficient and affordable. I would definitely use them again.
I didn't have a great experience w/ Smart Fares. I found this website with Kayak, but there are a lot of hidden fees (Cancellation & Seats Placement) that weren't properly announced. Also, I paid w/ PayPal and they're wasn't a recap before the payment confirmation. I wrote to the company the same day and haven't got a reply yet (4 days). Wouldn't recommend.

Not sure what to say, Booked a trip for my wife and me to fly with other members of the family and now the airlines notify them that the flight has been cancelled and re-schedule but No one has notify us, are we on the same flight?
First time I used SmartFares and was easy and straightforward. Lots of contact information if needed to speak to someone, which gave me an ease that I can talk to a human. But didn't need to call yet so don't know how that will turn out.
