Company happily "confirmed" my trip, sent me a confirmation number, and then 2 weeks later called me at 2am to tell me they hadn't purchased the ticket from the airline, and demanded I pay 2x for the ticket. True scam. On the phone they claimed they hadn't actually billed my credit card either, and it took me showing them proof to actually refund me.
Not worth the marginal savings in ticket cost. You'll pay for it so much more later.

Se supone que había comprado un boleto que llagaría a Madrid, pero cambio y llegará a Ámsterdam porque además la fecha de regreso a México, que la misma aerolínea puso en el precio de promoción, la cambiaron y eso hizo que el boleto me costara mucho más. Eso parece un engaño

My experience was not as great as expected, i book the ticket on line my self and when i call for help the price the agent i spoke give me a high price for $300$ more and when i told her that on line how much was the price i'm in the proces to book the flight, she drop the price down $200. This is true and people are tied calling agent for help to book tickets and all items are extra cost for every little think that in the past when you book the flight with agent all was included in one price.
Booking tickets was very easy and fast with all informations and hope I'll be totally satisfied when I start journey.

I will not use this website for my future bookings. I called customer service and was hung up on. I preceded to call again, they were not able to help me without sending an email. I sent an email as of yet I have not received a response to a $90.00 fee that was charged for a seat selection which I did not want
Smart Fares was easy to work with, efficient and affordable. I would definitely use them again.
I didn't have a great experience w/ Smart Fares. I found this website with Kayak, but there are a lot of hidden fees (Cancellation & Seats Placement) that weren't properly announced. Also, I paid w/ PayPal and they're wasn't a recap before the payment confirmation. I wrote to the company the same day and haven't got a reply yet (4 days). Wouldn't recommend.
