Booked my ticket easily and follow up confirmation was made by smartfares. I love how they checked if we received the confirmation or not
My experience was simple and straightforward. I received my confirmation within 24 hours of purchase. I paid for the baggage option and later revisited the site to check the bags I should bring, this info was hard to get.
Airline tickets were quoted in Australian dollars throughout the process, no mention about USD at any point. However charged in USD and lost money.

Company happily "confirmed" my trip, sent me a confirmation number, and then 2 weeks later called me at 2am to tell me they hadn't purchased the ticket from the airline, and demanded I pay 2x for the ticket. True scam. On the phone they claimed they hadn't actually billed my credit card either, and it took me showing them proof to actually refund me.
Not worth the marginal savings in ticket cost. You'll pay for it so much more later.
I was able to get a good deal and website was easy to navigate.
