I made a reservation for a flight through this site. The day before my flight, I was checking on it and realized that the ticket was never actually issued by the airline. When I contacted customer service, the agent just canceled my reservation without my authorization and without trying to do anything to resolve the situation so a ticket can be issued. It was done completely unceremoniously, showing no regard at all for my travel plans or even basic courtesy. I was left without a ticket the day before I was supposed to travel! I've never had such an awful experience with a website like this. Stay away from this site!
I was not able to access the reservation on RJ to reserve a seat. The RJ.com doesnot recognise the reservation code.

It took longer to receive(more than 72 hours) the confirmation than I expected which made me have to call, and it took me 1.5hrs to reach the agent finally.
Price seems low at first, but then there are many different additional charges you
need to go through in small print and accept or decline.
I booked 9 tickets for group at Melbourne airport about 2 hours before flight. Virgin Australia front desk told me that confirmation may take 24 hours which was very upsetting. I talked with smartfate customer service representative on phone. He got it done in minutes and was very professional and reassuring. I forgot his name but will always remember his promptness and empathy
I received different information from 3 different sources about how to choose my seats. The first person on the phone told me I could call back after receiving my booking confirmation to choose seats. The second person told me he couldn't help me do that and I had to email customer service. He was very curt and seemed like he just wanted to end the call quickly. I had to verify the email address from what I saw on the confirmation before he quickly hung up on me. I sent my first email which the agent said I should use to, *******@travelerhelpdesk.com. Then, since I wasn't feeling confident, I started a chat with an online agent who gave me a second email address so I could choose my seats which I paid for. I sent that email to *******@travelerhelpdesk.com. I have still not received any information about choosing my seats.
