Noncooperation when wanted to change dates of travel ( within 24- hrs of booking); Was told Frontier Airlines will charge fees; they do allow no-fee changes or cancellations within this time-period.
Change of dates from wends to a wkday flight would have meant a $100 savings for me ( 2- tkts); the agents deliberately delayed response to me saying they are very busy and will call back. That call never arrived.

I don't like the sneaky way the website tries to add extra costs to the ticket. One of these "extra costs" snuck into my total ticket price. But when I called in -- they answered immediately (no wait time on phone) and refunded the $40 dollars. They were prompt and polite.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
