My experience with smartfares was easy fast and cheap
My experience is good. However, your company has a lot of hidden fees and ways in which to trick the customer into making a selection and then being charged for it. I wasn't aware that selecting my seat would amount to a cost. That needs to be changed. Everything else that you charged for was outlined. I was only made aware there was a charge for that after I clicked and by then it was too late.
An enjoyable experience and I advise everyone to use this application due to its high confidence, great customer service and competitive prices that you will not find with others

I had thought I was booking through Tap Air and ended up at the SmartFares site. I guess the original place I had clicked wasn't Tap Air, though it looked like it was correct. It irritates me when I do a search for a specific site yet other groups make their links look SO similar that you end up being tricked, not realizing your error. It concerns me because of all the scams out in Cyberland. I must say that although I made an error, the process to book with SmartFares was quick and straight forward and it seems to be getting me to my destination when I had planned to be there. I hope I'm happy when I arrive!
The service is kind of slow, i didn't receive my e-tickets yet, so i can't check in
