Your reservations are not guaranteed. Please be advised that when you book through smartfares you will not get your tickets. I loss my chance of good airfare prices thinking I'd save a few more bucks from this site but they emailed saying they couldn't secure the tickets. Should have bought tickets from airline directly. Now the prices of the airfare went up by $200/ticket.
I called so many times asking for a detailed receipt for the amount of money I was charged
And all what I get is promises that they will email it and they don't plus I found out that I was over charged from smartfares than the price of the airlines
I don't know how abussiness can be without a supervisor or somebody in charge as I was told from the agents I spoke to

Smartfares dosent respect 24h risk free annulation! I want to cancel it but they dont care! After that I ask to change the return date and they tell me no! Tomorow I will call Mastercard to cancel this flight!
