Tried for three days to book tickets from Lusaka Zambia to Ndola Zambia. Was told booking was made and then get email saying that there had been a price increase and asking if I wanted to go ahead and pay price increase to purchase tickets. I said I would pass, but tickets were still issued without my knowledge and when I realized it we had already made another booking, but money for prior tickets was not refunded.
It was easy and clear to make booking by SMARTFARES.

I am dissatisfied regarding the overcharge on my recent flight booking. After completing my booking and payment, I received a call from your company representative requesting additional charges And USD 80 deducted from my account, increasing the total amount paid to AED 14,260. However, the official price displayed on the Emirates website at the time of booking was AED 14,160, and no added services or benefits were provided to justify this difference. I am not satisfied with this treatment and requested a refund of the USD 80 overcharged And I reported the same but nobody review or support.
It is easy to book and got the booking information fast. The price is the best compare to others.

La peor experiencia de compra, realmente me sentí vulnerada en mis derechos como consumidor. Primero me obligaron a pagar impuestos que nunca entendí, luego me tuvieron que cambiar la fecha un día y me cobraron 750 dólares mas. Me indicaron que el nuevo vuelo venia con todos los equipajes incluidos y con reservación de asientos, lo cual fue un engaño ya que no es así. Para poder comunicarme por teléfono debo estar mínimo 45 minutos en la linea en espera, sin recibir ninguna solucion. Totalmente decepcionada!
