The site has the lowest price for air tickets but has confusing options. For example: it offers a few seat options so I naturally selected one. But selecting any option would result in $40 surcharge, which wasn't shown before clicking "BOOK NOW", after which the charge was already included. They did cancel the charge but I had to call them, then called again to confirm, then checked my credit card charges to double make sure.

The system keeps adding add-ons automatically. When you remove one, another one gets added. It tricks customers into paying for what they didn't want to sign up for.
