I booked my flight through smartfares, i paid 200$ for seats & $50 baggage and was not provided! *** been trying to contact them and nobody is helping, everyone keeps redirecting me and i feel scammed! Nobody seems to be able to help with simple process! If you charge people make sure you provide and if not, give me my refund! Horrible

I have not taken my flight yet so I don't think I can give a totally accurate review, but so far my experience has been quick and easy, I am receiving the appropriate emails, and I believe I got the cheapest flight possible.
I only got the confirmation of my flights but I would also expect to get when and where I can do my check-in (at the airport, on-line).
