Had zero issues buying my tickets through this service. First time using it and would use it again. 3 different flights from South East Asia to the USA. Only thing I'd suggest for easier process would be being able to pick seats directly through SmartFares instead of having to go through the airline. Other than that, perfect.

When I called to change the flight to the next day. The agent tried to charge me an additional 70.00 but on line was charging the same price as my ticket. I was not happy about that.

The Customer Service Team - Karson has been supportive and patient in Booking this Journey.

The price for same flight it was more expensive with the airline. Not sure how SmartFares gets a better price. Once I booked, I went to the airline portal and I was able to see my ticket with the reservation number given by SmartFares.

I requested my booking to be paid in EUR but for some reason it was calculated in USD and then recalculated later back to EUR which resulted in bigger tickets price.
It is great that all booking questions and requested data are presnted at single booking page so booking process is much simpler.

Used Smart Fares once before, everything went smoothly

No nonsense, quick and easy, got my confirmation right away.

At first I was skeptical about this site due to the price being lower than all the other sites. But decided to give it a try and then confirm the tickets from the actual airline. So definitely will be using this site more often for now on.

I didn't have such a good experience, since I had an inconvenience with the payment method and while I solved it they raised the price of the ticket 150 dollars, but for having the need to keep the itinerary I had to accept it.

I was highly disappointed because the fare you see online or the price that is shown isn't what you pay. You end up paying way more with smartfares because after you've booked they then contact you to inform you that they've increased the payment and what is shown isn't the full payment. That is distasteful. Let people make a decision on whether or not it's something they want. Don't try to full people into getting a ticket. Put the actual full price!

Muestran el producto con un precio, luego cuando se adquiere le cambian las condiciones y suben el precio y prácticamente lo obligan a pagar el sobre precio impuesto por la empresa y si uno desiste prácticamente lo estorcionan con una penalidad le retienen el dinero 8 días hábiles y cuando le retornan le.quitan casi el 30% asi lo obligan a pagar el precio que se les da la gana. Y hasta ahora no han enviado los boletos. Me gustaría que enviaran todo en español ya que estamos en COLOMBIA Y EL ANUNCIO PROMOCIONAL ESTABA EN ESPAÑOL.
