My friends and I bought our tickets together. Whenever we were buying them on our laptops and hit "pay" one of my friends got charged double, the other had a completely different name printed on their ticket, and the other one had a completely different flight. We were buying these tickets together on our own personal computers... we took our time, made sure the information was right and matched up with each other's... when all of this chaos happened we called, and the people were so RUDE, they charged us over $75 to fix something that was not our faults. When we wanted to cancel, we kept getting hung up on. Everyone was so rude I have never experienced this before. Do not recommend. App is not helpful at all. We would have canceled on there but there was no option to do so :) lost money.

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
