My card was declined and I called the support and they were very kind and listened to the reason. They held my ticket booking for 3 days and I got the same rate later on. They also helped to bill me with the choice of my currency (Euro).
The con is, I had to call and ask for /explain why I was charged more than what I was shown on the final payment page. And it was due to Dollar to Euro exchange. I hope this can also be automated - that the billing is done in the same currency as shown in the payment page and not go through these hassles.

Great and easy to book. With so many options, some of which are very shady, service here finding and booking a flight that didn't break the bank was made easy.

Response was a little slow as I had to call 2 times because my bank blocked the transaction thinking it was fraudulent. However the issue was solved once I reassured the bank that it was a legitimate buy. One good think about your site is that, as opposed to many other ones, prices listed are for flights that are actually available. Many others show cheaper prices for flight that are no longer available simply to attract customer. After booking those sites tell you that the flight is no available and offer some that are almost double in price. This obviously dishonest and there should be a web site to complain about those shady sites. Luckily yours does'nt seem to be among them.

Upon selecting a price option we discovered an alternative cheaper price option. However after receiving confirmation it turns out to be the original price.
I was charged 40$ extra for seat selection when this was not included in the original price. They ask misleading questions about seat preference (Aisle, window, etc) but never explicitly state that this will add a large fee to your order. The process was misleading and the total cost was never displayed before purchase. In all this was a disappointing experience

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
