Very helpful customer service and great experience
It was pretty standard. But I did opt (and pay) for seat selection - I have seen nothing yet about what my seat will be, or how I even ask for it. This is NOT satisfactory.
Same with baggage. I wanted to arrange for checked baggage, but soi far, have seen nothing about this. This is also NOT satisfactory.
I presume IU have to go to the Jetstar web site to get these items fixed. Until that has been done, I can hardly say whether overall things were OK!

Not bad. Just surprised that travel insurance was not put as an option which makes me nervous. They gave you flexible insurance, price lockdown and other options which, in my opinion is not as important, as a regular travel insurance.

I chose a date I knew I was going to be on leave. To my surprise when I had finished booking I realised the site gave me a different date which was out of my leave days. I had to cancel the booking which made me loose almost $500.very much unfair on my side as I had to loose my money which I had not budgeted for.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
