Flight are expensive and as an older adult, my computer skills are not good. I got my daughter to search fares. Unfortunately, looking at several different sites at a time. She mistakenly booked the wrong flight. We live in Hamilton. We have to drive to Toronto island to fly at 7 am to Jamaica via Montreal and return to Pearson. From smart fare said I will get a refund in 2 week, so I searching to buy a ticket again but prices was change after 24 hours, I will never ever buy ticket with this web side. Yusuf

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
