I booked a round trip ticket with United Airlines for $1123 on SmartFare website before midnight. They did not say the fight was already sold out at the time of booking. They waited until morning to let me know the fight is not confirmed. Then they offered me another expensive fight almost $2000 with Qatar Airlines. I had no choice but to paid for it because it was already the last minute. I must took the fight for my mother's funeral.
I felt like I got robbed by this agency. I will not book air ticket with them again.
It had exactly what I was looking to book and a reasonable price to boot!
