I thought I booked tickets over their websites but in reality what they sent me was some sort of just a reservation. I was then waiting for the actual booking confirmation but it never came so I contacted the customer support and they told me I have to pay around 200 dollars extra so that they would actually book the tickets for me! Absolutely disgusting company and complete crooks.
