I had to call 4 different phone numbers to reach someone. That made it very suspicious like it was a fraudulent website. After someone finally answered they were very nice and helpful.

I had booked my flight at 11:03 AM yesterday and had every intention on buying the tickets at that time come to find out the payment never went through due to a last minute increase in payment. The flight went from $1,520 to $1,986 in a matter of 4 hours how this happened I have no idea and still have not gotten an explanation on why it didn't go through with the payment the first time I tried to buy the tickets. But I talked to a supervisor and the my lowered the price $150 which they said is the best they could do unlesss I wanted a refund on my flight which would of only been $1,200 so I would have been losing out on $700 but I proceeded with the payment of $1,824.
Great experience about booking. Received fast and better price.
Taking > 24 hours in giving response is not a world class standard. It is better be within 12 hours.

Every step of the way book my flight user friendly and wonderful, I will definitely do it again.
After booking the ticket through online, there was no confirmation and I contacted customer service through chat option then they told me there is an increase in the fare, I was completely disappointed and I told to cancel, however they told again they can give me the same fare. Not really satisfied with the service.
The process was confusing at first because the email instead of callin right away to verify the card then when you do click the email to verify you still gotta wait on a call back
