I had to change the first name for my son due to a typo, and could not get it done, it took 4 calls to you guys, anothe 4 calls to Ryanair without a soltion, then a person contacted me from a email I sent and finaly she got it done, but for a $ 35 fee. So not very happy, the ticket fare was $ 40, and you guys charged me 35 to change the name.

I paid for an aisle seat. You took my money, then told me you could not assign a seat. Total rip off. I have requested a refund of $19.95.

They tend to up the prices on the flight after you've clicked through to it which is misleading so make sure you watch for that. They also try and automatically select add ons so again watch the finally price before you click confirm.
