La página es bastante confusa, sumada a que no hablo inglés, por lo tanto a mí me resultó engorrosa.
Otro tema es cuando ingreso con el número o código de reserva dice que mi apellido es inexistente.
Por otro lado la ayuda que ofrecen en la página tampoco es muy clara

Difícil servicio al cliente en español. Trate de llamar más de 4 veces y me enganchaba. Tuve q hablar inglés sin entender y sin poder explicarme bien, y pagué por escoger asientos y me dieron el último del avión sin cambio o tenía q pagar más. Salía mejor directo con jetblue el valentino ya estaba desesperado por q yo quería cancelar por los asientos q se supone escogiera. Y no me quiso cancelar.
