La página es bastante confusa, sumada a que no hablo inglés, por lo tanto a mí me resultó engorrosa.
Otro tema es cuando ingreso con el número o código de reserva dice que mi apellido es inexistente.
Por otro lado la ayuda que ofrecen en la página tampoco es muy clara
I called back to see why it was taking so long to confirm if I even had a reservation the lady was from India she spoke bad English and was rude and I told her that.

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
