Because I wasn't able to select the individual flights that suited my son's needs I had to book 2 separate flights. The overall cost was good so that was a plau. It took some time to get the second flight confirmation. I had to call in to get it looked at to make sure it was going through.

It was good thanks for the help and all you guys did.

Wait for almost 4 days for the response. Not so satisfied.

Simple and easy to book the ticket. Rates were competitive to market rate.

I was very pleased with the service at smart fares. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant well spoken and very helpful. I have used smart fares in the past, and have been very satisfied with the service they provide. I will continue to use this agency.

Smart Fares seemed to show me a flight option with minimal layover, at the departure time I desired, which I did not find on other platforms.
I would like a full and inclusive summary of pricing to be earlier apparent in the selection process.

Horrible service.
The company sent the booking confirmation but when I arrived to the airport for the check-in I found out they never issued the ticket. When I finally managed to contact them they issued the ticket for a new price 100€ more expensive than the original price I had bought it.
Simply disgusting.

Straightforward experience and easy to navigate! I appreciated the options available.
