Because I wasn't able to select the individual flights that suited my son's needs I had to book 2 separate flights. The overall cost was good so that was a plau. It took some time to get the second flight confirmation. I had to call in to get it looked at to make sure it was going through.
Booking confirmation delivery time was vague. Needed to call the customer service.

The company sent the booking confirmation but when I arrived to the airport for the check-in I found out they never issued the ticket. When I finally managed to contact them they issued the ticket for a new price 100€ more expensive than the original price I had bought it.

I got my booking confirmation quickly, but the information it provided was not clear, so I called to ask why the airline listed was different than what I booked, but the guy I talked to insisted that I had booked the right airline, so I asked him to send me another confirmation which he never did. I had to go to the airline's website to confirm my reservation which is not appreciated.

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
