Skyscanner lead me to SmartFares on a trip search, and I ended up booking it there. The booking form was simple and streamlined and took only a couple minutes to complete. Fare was also the lowest I had seen compared to other vendors.

Please remove the cancelation fee. I did not know it would be $35. I called cust svc soon after I got the itemized statement. Representative said they would cancel immediately. It has not shown up yet.

Don't book with those scammers. I booked air ticket added luggage for $75 and at airport airline told me i have to pay for my luggage. Scammers

We booked 2 things Nassau to Orlando which went fine.
When I went to book the round trip marsh harbour to nassau nassau to marsh it said clearly unable to confirm and to call for assistance yet I found out my card had been held for the rate advertised but NOT confirmed I was told it could be refunded for 100 or 95 to fully confirm the booking for a different rate than advertised.
I am a bahamian and can get that leg for cheaper directly but was forced to pay $95 OR cancel and lose 100 I do not feel a card should be charged if the fare advertised is unavailable... and then forced to lose $ or upgrade... Thats extortion plain and simple. Only charge the card IF it is available OR gove the option of the new rate not force me to pay the new rate or lose $ for a refund!

Found the really good price. Researched to make sure the site was legit. Bought and withing 15 minutes, had the booking confirmation.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with how this booking was handled. Requesting an additional payment after a booking is made, and then reversing the decision later, reflects a lack of professionalism and causes unnecessary stress and loss of time for the customer.
I booked a ticket using SmartFare and when I received the booking confirmation, it just said I was fying using "Regional Airline." It didn't specify which airline I was using and I had to ask Ai and do all the work myself to find out I was flying with FastJet. Under such circumstances, its easy for one to think that they have been scammed. That should improve.
Booking with SmartFares was flawless. I got my booking confirmation within 24hrs and there was a follow up email to confirm the receipt of the confirmation🤗
I experienced good and fast service. When I had a query they responded with in a few hours I can not complain about anything at the moment.
My credit card services was very strict on security and it took a lot of patience to complete the transaction, yet SmartFares stuck it out and helped me to get my ticket. They kept me informed and was available to take my call every step of the way. Thank you
Booked and tickets were confirmed in a short while. It was cheaper than other sites were offering. Would need to try them for long to see if any issues arise. Hopefully not.

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
