It's over a month that I ordered my glasses and I still haven't received them. The customer service is horrible and they keep giving me the run around! Now they say it could be another 3 weeks! These people are not organised nor do they care about their customers!
I had purchased a pair of glasses from them and they were a bit large then i had expected them to be. Despite the frame and all been made. They went above and beyond by making me a new set of frames and lenses for a different pair of glasses, that were fitting to my face size. My first glasses was a trail. I will be buying 2 more pairs of rayban from them very soon
Because I am not Rich, this is the only ítem "Prada" that I own. I am enjoying them very much and use them almost daily. Right now, I am sitting directly in the sun in Lima, Peru and it's not bothering me at all. Thanks 2 PradaPlrzdLenses. 5x5 10/10

The quality of my new glasses is very good! The prescription lenses are great as well. My error was ordering a size too big so they do slip off my head but that is my error, not the company. I would definitely order again
Size shown on site is my regular size with almost every brand, I understand that company changes so do size but when I ordered glasses from you guys they were kids size and even in description there was no mention of this.
I have absolutely no idea why this company has a 4 out of 5 stars rating. Items are not in stock...
I am very satisfied with the glasses I picked out, I lost my origional pair, needed new ones found smartbuyglasses. I wasn't let down, they showed up quick and fit well.
Horrible customer service. Will never purchase anything from there again. Kept being told it was my fault, proved it wasn't and still was told I had to pay for shipping to return product and would not be refunded until product was received and error verified. Obviously that means once product received I would be told it that prescription was correct. Luckily my optometrist was kind enough to replace the lenses for free
Amazing experience better quality and quicker than going into big name brand optical place. Prefer the lenses from Smart buy. Better transition to multi focal lenses
The glasses I originally bought were too loose and Lauren from customer service assisted me in returning them and getting the replacement which is perfect!

I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses and received them in less than a week! They were perfect as expected.
Selecting my new glasses was a good experience, delivery was relatively quick. However, the expensive lens, although supposed to be the most durable, soon showed scratches even though only the cleaning cloth provided with the glasses was used to clean them. SmartBuyGlasses Customer Service was somewhat quick to respond however, they sent me a set un-cut lenses. Not many places want to cut the lenses and install them in your glasses, so I'm left with a pair of expensive glasses with scratches and an un-used pair of un-cut lenses that cannot be used.
UPDATE: This issue has been resolved! The Service Manager I worked with (Caselyn) was super helpful and replaced my eyeglasses at no charge. Now that's good customer service! Thank you!
Answer: Hi Lloyd, Thanks for the question. We provide Frame Only options for those without a prescription, so you can have the lenses installed by a local optician. Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription. Others have longer processing time. Please check the processing time when ordering. While for delivery, it will take about 3 to 5 working days.
