The website was easy to use. Adding the prescription was simple and the glasses arrived within 2 weeks

First they tell me my credit card payment has been flagged as suspicious. Option A send them my ID card (hell NO) Option B new payment link via PayPal.
I opt for B. They tell me they canceled the outstanding credit card payment and I need to wait for the PayPal link 5-7 days. I say hell no, just forget it and cancel the whole order. I will order the glasses somewhere else. Suddenly my credit card payment goes throught after I ordered my glasses elsewhere. How is that possible? Firstly, they said the credit card payment was canceled already and secondly it was not checked against any ID that they previously needed. I now told them to cancel the order and refund the credit card payment and not make the glasses. If they are too incompetent for that and still make my glasses and send them to me, I will return them immediately.
Awful! No specs arrived, tried ringing and emailing nothing! Con artists
I found a frame I had been looking for for some time. I have a small face and so struggle to find narrow frames.
I have been ordering from Smartbuy for more than 3 years and the service is always excellent and consistent from one order to the next. Would definitely recommend as prices of contact lenses are affordable and good quality.
My glasses took four full days to get out of Hong Kong. They're still not here weeks after I ordered. Can't comment on the quality of the product, only that the company's choice for shipping is probably not much better than mule. Customer service very snarky and keen on educating me. I don't want to be educated to your inferior business model. Going back to reliable Giarre—now that's an eyeglass company to admire.

... but not the fault of the company, unfortunately the glasses were misplaced by Royal Mail and never delivered due to the huge strain on these services due to Covid-19. SBG did eventually refund for this but it did take a bit of back and forth correspondence between us. But I want to fair and say it was an extremely difficult period for them so I really appreciate them resolving the issue despite the time taken. Would look to buy from them again in the future.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses to wear to my son's wedding. It took them over a month to get here. In the meantime, while waiting for the glasses to come, I bought the same ones somewhere else and cancelled my order in writing with SmartGlasses and DHL(the mail order service). I literally spent hours trying to get a return order slip. They disconnected me twice supposedly without a return call. It is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not buy glasses from this company. They are a sham!

You can always have the item returned to us either for an exchange or for a full refund as long as it is within 100 days from the time that you have received it.

A lot cheaper than the high street opticians and the same quality. I have bought two pairs of RayBan varifocal glasses and both have been superb and arrived in just over a week.
I was able to replace my glasses which I'd driven over in a car. The optician didn't stock so I was so pleased to find the same ones on your site but at a cheaper rate than I'd bought them initally. Bonus. They arrived promptly with extra lenses and in a great case. Excellent service. Excellent products. Will def use you guys again.

Ordered from smart buy for a while now, contacts can take a little longer to arrive but brilliant price and ability to earn rewards against future purchases
Excellent and prompt service. Great Company. They were prompt and had the actual model I wanted.
They are real frauds.
First, they did not give our order. After repeated mails, we asked for our refund which they said have initiated.
On the 5th working day, when we mailed them, they said check with your bank.
On the 8th working day, when we mailed them again saying our bank itself haven't received any money, they reply saying - OH! Sorry OUR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM HAD AN ERROR!
Likely seriously? You CHEATERS! We are constantly behind them to give our order and then our refund (around 20k) and they are saying now they have accounting errors!
We are going legal with this company!
They are frauds.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
