I placed an order with you on Feb. 14th, on the Norwegian web site. I have ordered with you before, with success. This time i found an e-mail in my junkmail stating that my glasses are backordered, and I have 3 options. I have contacted you by email to change into another pair of glasses. No response. I have sent you several other emails requesting updates. Absolutely no responses to any of them. What is going on? Please answer me with information about replacing the glasses to other frames, or refund me the money.It would be helpful to provide the customers with a phone number they could Call. There is no other way to contact you than email - which you dont answer.
I have updated my review, as I have finally got in touch with the SBG team in UK. Spoke to a nice lady called Shiela, she has cancelled my order, and will refund the funds. When this transaction is ok, I will be happy to edit the ratings again, and return as a customer! I got the refund, but I am still waiting for my other prescription glasses... They have been marked "waiting for tracking" for a week now. Finally received them, they look awesome! Will have to adjust them a little, but very happy with the glasses!

My order arrived about 10 days after I had placed it. I'm pleased with my purchase. The lenses are very good quality! Very thin profile and I noticed glare reduction. Great sight picture! The hinges on my glasses were loose, I was a bit unhappy at that but overall had a good experience and will be ordering again soon.

I placed an order ZA*******809G for Emporio Armani EA3018-5219 two days ago. When I check the status and it says discontinued. I received no further update on this nor e-mail feedback from anyone about this (as they claimed on their website). There is no contact number and no direct e-mail address and probably the worst set up ever. I would change my review rating if someone can contact me directly. Via the phone as it is on my profile

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
