My frames got stuck in the customs for about 5 Days and the delay caused me trouble due to me going travelling and had planned to have received the glases Before leaving. Asked fpr compensation in any way but the answer was no.
I found the glasses i like on your website almost half price. So i was a bit hesitated there will be a problem or if it is fake. But the product is super nice. When i wrote about the process i got an answer throuly. Just the product could arrive earlier but i understand the shipping process..
After the mailing delay and email silence i finally received my new Persol's I'm happy to report that they are authentic and the prescription is perfect.
I would go with 5 stars but the email responses need to improve from SBG.
I will use them again for sure!

Todo bien excepto la recogida del producto ya que la 1º vez el paquete que contenÃa las lentes llegó vacio por lo que tuve que reclamar y NO HABIA NINGUN TELEFONO DE CONTACTO y entre el tiempo que tomo la investigación y la reposición tuve que esperar 1 mes mas...

I´m from Chile, I bought a half jacket 2.0 oakley sunglasses and they arrived a month later, in good conditions, everything as described.
The price is quite convenient.
Totally recommendable store.

Until I receive the glasses I ordered I give them a 1. I was told on more than one occasion that they were on back order and at other times they were in process. I ordered them on Dec 2 and still don't have them on Feb 22. I received an email telling me that they were being processed in the lens lab on Feb 10 and it said they would ship in 5-7 days. Still nothing. I would think twice about ordering from them again.
I finally received my glasses on March 2. They look to be authentic with paperwork, box, case etc. The lenses are as ordered and they fit well. I never did hear from the service manager that Ben said would contact me. Not sure if I would use them again though, due to lack of communication and the length of time it took to fulfill my order.

Everything was good - the only weak point is, that you do not have support in Switzerland when you need to fix (install) the glasses properly. I always went to Fielmann and Visilab. Otherwise price-value is great - Delivering Time is good and the supplement gifts are nice.
Quedè muy contenta con mis lentes, tardaron en llegarme por dias feriados pero todo saliò a la perfecciòn, super recomendado y tienen precios excelentes.
Eu recomendo, meu pedido chegou no correio Brasileiro no prazo previsto, foi uma ótima experiência, a OculosWorld está de parabéns.
La logistica por parte de la empresa fue buena. El producto llego en buen estado y con todo los elementos adicionales.

I have been waiting for my glasses for over 1.5 months... Communication was a disaster, I am really disappointed. In the end I had to talk to the shipping company myself, just to find out that the whole delivery address was messed up by SmartBuyGlasses.

Answer: Hi Lloyd, Thanks for the question. We provide Frame Only options for those without a prescription, so you can have the lenses installed by a local optician. Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
