I was concerned when I downloaded my high resolution photos to your website and they appeared pixel like. I was making a large order so I wanted to make sure they wouldn't appear this way when I receive them. I emailed your support team and Ashley emailed me back immediately. She let me know that the photos on the website aren't necessarily how they will print. After I placed my order, she took the time to look at each photo to reassure me that they would print beautifully. Now I cannot wait to receive my photos and feel more at ease after ordering!

Smallwood customer service went above and beyond to reach out and make sure that my order was perfect! I had sent photos that were not going to look great printed out so they made suggestions and even created new images out of other photos I sent! Wonderful experience!
I had entered the wrong address for delivery. Within an hour they had corrected the issue to ensure the delivery is made to the correct address.

I received my beautiful canvases with a small crease in one of them and I messaged smallwoods about it and they sent me a replacement print so quickly! Great customer service. Beautiful canvases. Will always buy from smallwoods.
Ordered a framed piece. It was supposedly shipped on July 17th, but I still - over two weeks later - have not received the package. Yes, I was charged the full amount and have contacted customer service. I could have had a replacement or a refund by now, but they say they must wait for the carrier to investigate. The carrier (FEDEX) told me the package is lost. There are other similar companies. Probably best to seek out another as Smallwoods' customer service does not warrant the risk!

A very special print of my kids turned out a bit dark and they were kind enough to brighten it and reprint it. I have 6 large Smallwood prints in my house. They really transform a space.

I've had good experience before this one! I've waited along time without anyone contacting me about my address situation! It wasn't until i messaged about my order that i found out it was in holding! It was a gift for someone and now it's backed up! I just feel like i should have been notified!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
