During my trip to Asia via Eva Airways business class purchased through Skylux, I had the need to postpone the return lag of my trip by two days. I emailed my request to Rick, the representative who handled my initial purchase. I got the reply immediately and the changes are made promptly without any additional cost since I purchased the trip protection plan with my initial purchase.

The agent Mr. Rob did not provide good service, he was not transparent explaining the charges,plus he will not provide the requested documents and information even after several reminders. Once he got our payment he became non responsive for service. Lalit Sheth

In one of my email I specifically mentioned to him " The kind of business you are in the most important factor is good REFERRAL " plus he won't make the seat selections, request for wheelchair, and meal selections. I waited couple of days finally I end up calling the airline to make these selections. I needed specific seat location because of my health condition, and when the airline made my seat selection that was the last seat remaining. Thank god I got that seat.Prior to your email I was thinking to report my complaint to 1, Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission.
