Booked through Sébastien was very knowledgeable and accommodating, only problem is seating assignments Sébastien state would email me seating chart which I have not received, I went on British air for seating and there was a up charge so I called Sébastien back left message, called twice after and was hung up on, called skylux direct line spoke with another agent who said sebestien will call back in 30 mins still haven't heard from him yet, will give full review at end I'm hoping to give a 5 star

I had been searching for two days trying to find a good flight. I have never flown business class or first class, so I was trying to find a deal to fly business class for the first time. I don't know at what point I contacted August, but once I did he proceeded to work on getting me the business flight I was looking for. He said he would find some flights and send them to me via email. I got several quotes and after a few looks I found the reasonable business class flight I needed. This all thanks to August. He even picked out and setup my seating. I am very happy with this flight and I am very excited about taking this trip. Thank you August.

Lionel was my agent. He was very very patient because l couldn't make up my mind with my bookings and keeps changing the dates, locations. All he will say is "it's ok" we can search again. He was not afraid to make suggestions like some agents will do to avoid being blamed. He was on time whenever he says he will call back and he was never pushy.
