Bought a RT LAX-CDG-LAX in business with Elliot Ross at Skylux and that was the best experiences I have had in dealing with travel wholesalers in the past years.
This is a sham and scam they interchange between deluxe and skylux.
They purchase tickets via people's rewards miles. So those tickets can't easily be refunded or changed if airline cancels or reschedules.
These guys are just fantastic, every time i use them the service is just great. The will work with you until everything is just perfect

Wonderful company, great vacation, amazing atmosphere on excursions. I can praise 100% rest for a long time, but our return for new impressions speaks for us. I remember my first excursion trip, the guide was able to lure and delight us so much with objects, with her stories, that after that I decided "That's it, I have to go again!".
My SkyLux agent, Weston Wolf, was fantastic and made all arrangements so that our travel plans remained on track despite airline changes.
The price was about half of retail. Our agent and service was excellent. The tickets were on Cathay Pacific and verified.

We purchased two r/t tickets using SkyLux Travel. The airline changed the date and times -- several times -- then the airline cancelled our tickets through no fault of our own. No explanation was provided as to why our tickets were cancelled.
SkyLux advised us to contact the airline. We did and the airline indicated that they had ALREADY released our refund back to SkyLux. SkyLux indicates then indicates that they will send our full refund. We still do not have it. We have filed a civil summons against SkyLux Travel for our full refund and all court/attorney costs.
NEVER - EVER think about using SkyLux Travel.
