This is the first time I have used a Business Class Consolidator. I couldn't be happier with the price that OLBY got for me from Boston to Tel Aviv on British Airlines. I paid LESS than Economy Class! OLBY gives outstanding customer service. He worked diligently and quickly. I will ALWAYS use SkyluxTravel for all my airline travel.

I found Mr. Jackson Wright's performance outstanding. Mr. Wright was most helpful and efficient as well as thoughtful. He went "an extra mile" just to be sure I received the best plane seat accommodation. He heard all my suggestions and incorporated them in assuring I received the best plane connections. When I was unsure about, for example, wheelchair assistance, he responded immediately with helpful information. Mr. Wright was also very time efficient as it took a very short time to complete the entire booking for my flight from Ljubljana to Palm Springs and return. Mr. Jackson is one of your most valuable employees. I will highly recommend your company to all my relatives and friends.

If you want to have a stress free travel experience, DO NOT use this service. I used this service for a 3 city trip out of San Francisco (Dubai-Maldives-Istanbul). What it looks like is that this service is a points/miles aggregator. Which means the flights available to them are mileage flights that don't always have the best schedules. Our trip started off really badly. We had a confirmation and ticket number from Skylux of our flight that took us to SF to Dubai via Istanbul on Turkish Airlines. We went to the airport only to find out that Turkish Airlines did not fly out that day. Not good. We had to spend a night at the airport hotel. Our agent, Rudolph, did manage to fix things and get us out on a flight the next day but we essentially lost a day of our vacation. We also did not receive any offer of compensation from Skylux other than a $150 credit to our next trip.

Also, this service brands itself as a business class ticket service. But only our long haul flights were secured as business. All other flights were in coach. I had to pay to upgrade one leg while another leg wasn't eligible for any sort of upgrade.

You may consider using this service again if you just had to book a RT business class flight for no more than 2 people. But if you have a multi-leg trip with more than two people involved, I would avoid this service. Any savings you might realize isn't worth the stress and aggravation that comes with it.

Working with SkyLux Agents is a pleasant experience. They take the time to understand your needs, including the reasons for using airport X vs. airport Y for the point of origin. They don't beg, belittle or denigrate your final decisions with a parting shot, "you'll be sorry you didn't take this deal." For the flights I booked with them to the destination, I explained that I needed to be given the opportunity to sleep in an airport hotel in a connecting city so that I could board the next leg of the flights in a relaxed state of mind. I explained that I needed time to get through a connecting airport with lots of layover time, especially if I was coming from overseas and I needed to claim my luggage at baggage claim to go through check-in, immigration, customs, security, etc., before going to my departure gate w/o rushing. The agents understood all those requirements and found the desireable flights. Well done, SkyLux!

We have been working with Axel Moretti for two years now... our daughter was set to be married in the UK in 2020 and those plans had been postponed due to COVID. Axel obtained an airline credit for us. When the wedding we rescheduled, Axel secured new flights for us... then we had to reschedule again because of COVID quarantine requirements on our arrival in the UK. It would have been a nightmare if it wasn't for the professional help we have received from Axel. We're all set to go now.

Glen provided outstanding service. He kept me appraised of the ticketing process. The business class cost was reasonable. Unlike most other Indian vendors, who cheat or mislead, everything was above board and no shenanigans!

This review is an update of a previous one from six or more months ago. The issue reported in that email has FIVALLY been resolved. We received our total credit from a flight booked over a year ago. While it took some effort on my part, the company recognized the issue and made it right. Thank you.

I've been using this service since early 2018. Remus, my personal agent, has been fantastic for me every time. On this last trip, I contracted COVID right before I was supposed to come home. Thank God that I was able to stay in my hotel room and not need to be hospitalized. Meanwhile, Remus was able to work with the airlines to make sure that I didn't lose my return flight credit. I do enjoy working with him. He even checked in my me to make sure that I was recovering from being sick. I really appreciate him and this service.

Highly recommend these folks. They find some of the best options for business class travel and provide excellent service. If you travel on business class, give them a call. You will be happy you did.
