Anthony was available 24-7 for my travel needs. Traveling in all time zones is generally difficult to get a hold of any other Travel services. However no matter what time zone I was in. Anthony got back to me immediately.

I first bought a ticket to Tel Avive June of last year.
Since then due to covid i have made reservations a few times, but, due to covis =d restrictions couyld nor go each time. GRANT Hill has been helpful and professional each time reservations were made and responded quickly to all my questions.

When we decided to go to South Africa, Ronnie was a great help in getting a great set of prices for all our flights. So when we decided to check off the Final Continent in my Bucket List, Ronnie was again our agent. He worked with me to get good prices as well as finding the shortest lay-overs on the long hauls by using United and American airlines. While a Million MIler on Delta, with less than 100,000 miles to Two Million Miles, I gave up Delta miles for cost considerations. But Ronnie found a Delta partner four our Intra-Latin America flights.
This is a third class company and works very fishy. Does not answer clearly to the questions. Once I told the agent can you be simply clear to my with price options with airline and stop duration so I can decide but the agent wanted to only know what she wanted was my maximum budget. I was surprised how the agent was just fed up and not willing to answer any question.
Sean was very patient and worked very hard to get a business class flight to Australia for me! There was a lot of back and forth and changes due to us living through the pandemic, and he remained positive, polite and professional at all times! Good customer service is hard to come by these days and great customer service is near to impossible - Sean was greats and deserves every bit of 5-stars! Do not buy tickets with this company.
They sold me a insurance saying that if I had to make any changes would be free of cost. Now I'm trying to change my ticket they keep adding so many fees.
They promise to return my phone call and never do. Each agent gives you a different price for the trip.
They were really nice to sell the tickets and now they are providing the worst customer service that someone would expect for such a high price point service. Run!

I was introduced to Skylux by a friend who has done a lot of business with them. Flem, my agent, arranged a wonderful itinerary for me to travel to Switzerland in 2020. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and blew me away with the speed of his responses and research.
Now my family is heading to London and less than 24 hours after sending an email to Flem for help, we are booked on flights that incorporate everything we asked for. He works magic!

I got some tickets for an international trip. I am a bit nervous as to how it will work out because my agent said he could only book the international leg of journey, so I had to get the domestic part myself. In doing so, my baggage will not be checked all the way through, I will have to retrieve it and then re check it in, which is something I have never done in my 30 plus years of international travel. I will have to wait and see how the arrangement works out once i take the trip next month. Fingers crossed.
I purchased a ticket to fly to London and back to US. The flight was cancelled due to COVID-19. The company refuses to refund the money and does not respond to emails or phone calls

This is the second time that I have worked with this service for bookings to Europe. The quality of service and promptness of action are excellent.

I booked travel in 2019 and paid for ticket protection. Because of Covid, the Italian Gov would not allow incoming visitors. Delta allowed cancellations and rebooking without fees but required fare diff. I recently rebooked, The Skylux Rep Reggie Moore advised me to accept the new charges and decline the New travel protection and that he would:"Take Care of " the travel protection after booking. Booking was completed on 11/25/2020, I have made multiple efforts to reach out and now Mr. Moore will not return my emails or phone calls.
