I used Skylux before and had a really nice agent that I was working with but unfortunately he isn't working there anymore so They transferred my call to Amir.
I purchased 2 business classes tickets from AMIR and paid $5900. From lax to Italy, he didn't even bother to do the seat assignments, so I had to do it. Upon checking last week I found out that the first leg of my flight got canceled and he never informed me, I called him immediately and told him my flight got canceled and he said why are you upset I will call you tomorrow I'm busy with my son and can't help you now, this is an agent that I tipped him $100 on top of the $5900 and he is very rude and irresponsible and since he already got his commission didn't want to do anything so like before I had to call the airline and ask them to rebook my flight with a different carrier.
Make sure Amir isn't your agent he is very careless, rude and irresponsible.
Manu held back $500.00 from my ticket refund he would not give a plausible explanation & when I asked him to email me the validity of the amount he would not I checked with the airline directly & they told me that SkyLux has been refunded in full I suggest people to read reviews on other sites before buying tickets from SkyLux the whole business seems very sketchy I would not trust them with my money

If you want to fly business class on a major commercial carrier and pay premium economy prices this is your go to company. Service was top notch. This is my third purchase. Anthony was a great service rep.
My agent Gauis, was super. He was patient with my need to check in with other travelers and with sharing multiple travel options for me to choose from.
In summary:
Simply summarized: Bought ticket, bought insurance from Skylux. Had to cancel due to COVID travel restrictions, have yet to get a refund or a committed date.
On 5/28 I notified agent that the Philippine government was not allowing entry of foreigners, so I would have to cancel the reservation.
There have been multiple discussions to reach the agreement that they would refund my purchase price less $250 which would be a travel voucher for future purchases.
I have been both patient and cooperative. I did not purchase from the airline, I purchased from Skylux. (Both the ticket and the travel insurance). The refund I am entitled to is from Skylux.
Every time I insist on a follow up, they have another reason to ask for a week extension to try and get me a refund.
I have now researched on the Better Business Bureau and found very similar complaints filed by MANY of your customers.
