I was proposed a trip that included three days of lodging at no charge. I was told that that was just a bonus and they could not guarantee any availability or could they extend for the full six days i needed. I was told that for $200.00 extra, i could use their concierge service. I agreed and when I was contacted by them they proposed different options and they would not use the 'three nights free' as promised. Further, they could not get me good hotels even with the higher pricing. Plus, they highlight that their service was "FREE" even though i paid an additional fee for their service.

Bought tickets to Copenhagen,shortest flight.Read good reassuring reviews since flying all airlines but them,they cancelled my in bound and took my premium economy reservation.Mr Maynard Kerr from Skylux saved partly the situation though it left us with a 6h 30' layover in Toronto.I am very thankful for all the help Mr Kerr gave us and couldn't believe Air Canada did nothing.

Rates were not very much different from purchasing from the airline directly. The representative was told several times what our requirements were which he chose to ignore.

Although I admit I was skeptical before I used them the first time, I have to say that they have been perfect! Their business class fares for the three years that I have used them have always been less and even FAR less than the airlines themselves.
