We used SkyLux to book Business Class travel from the US to Bangkok and from Hanoi back to the US.The price was less than published airfare and the service for booking and seat assignment worked smoothly. The trip is booked on Air China but it was booked by SkyLux using Air France frequent flyer miles. It seems to have worked.
Great experience. Was unsure what to expect but had a very good experience. In about 20 mins got a great reservation at a very good price

Requested a quote and it took over a day. When I tried to book it expired within 90 minutes of being sent. When I tried to contact the agent in the afternoon mountain time, there wasn't a response until the next day.

I maybe saved a 100 $ booking with them but I ended up paying more. The Skiplagged me and we could not get the bags also they don't book directly they books with miles so you can not make changes directly. When the payment come up you are forced to tip or you cannot advance your payment. Just but a real ticket. This was a nightmare
