We have worked with sitemile for the past 3 months and we are confident of this review. They are super professional, and have worked with us through all our issues. They offer Skype support and Andrei is simply great.

I see from the amount of good reviews here is that we made the right choice. We bought the project theme and used on a big client. I can say that sitemile project freelancer theme, is much better than appthemes hirebee, and premiumpress.

We have worked with SiteMile and the team, and was very good experience. Whoever says they are not professional are either stupid or are looking for ten times the service they paid for. When in fact their service is very good, and we consider is many times more than we paid for.

Andrei was able to assist us via Skype and whenever we had a problem their technicians on the forums solved for us, they personally logged into our website and solved it for us!

We recommend sitemile and the team, and the fact that they have so many good reviews here says it all. Good job!

Sitemile has many themes but none works in perfect condition. The themes are full of bugs. The team is led by Andrei Saioc that is a liar and unprofessional. Just do a little research on facebook sitemile to understand the number of angry people who have problems

This review is about sitemile.com. We've been looking at Auctions Themes after a horrible experience with Ebay. Ebay ended our auctions too early 3 times in a row and we lost valuable customers. After researching the web for a suitable auction theme to work with Wordpress so we could be our own auction site, I came across sitemile.com. From day one, a wonderful young man by the name of Andrei was constantly responding for every question I had about the theme. It was a few hours/days later I realized he was located in Europe 12 hours ahead of me. So he was answering my questions during off working hours. There to the last minute before he went to bed! Now that's what I call great customer service!

I cannot Thank Andrei enough for his dedication to work and the wonderful help he provided. I hope there are other people who feel the same way. THANKS SO MUCH ANDREI for a terrific experience at sitemile.com. KUDOS! Be as great as you are!

A client of mine asked for a custom auction solution. I am a WordPress expert so I searched and found some plugins for auctions, all were weak on one point or another.

So I searched for an auction theme (to win the design with the features), and I found some themes, yet the most powerful was the AuctionTheme by Sitemile.com; so I went ahead and told the client to buy a license.

Then since day one I contacted support for the purchase download, latest version questions, and other requests, and I very fast replies from the CEO himself and the top programmer at Silemile; and I was impressed.

Then I had a configuration problem with the installation, and he once again replied instantly and worked with me in two hours all was set and he gave me the updated file for future installations without a problem.

Very PROFESSIONAL; and they are really trying to help on their forums too; open for members-only of course.

I wish them the best they deserve it with good support (the most valuable thing today anywhere!)

Filled with major bugs. Total lack of documentation. Most of the support forum questions end with their offer to custom develop that. I trully regret about this purchase. And yes, I am a customer. You guys may open your support forums to your future customers so they can see how "fine" your themes are working.

I have purchased this project bidder theme, and I must say this is probably the best one out there at the moment. It has a user friendly interface, and very easy to setup and to do minor changes. You do not even need to know a bit of coding! If you do run into any troubles, this site has probably the best support out there at the moment, instant replies, and will go through the trouble of helping you out no matter what your problem may be. Will purchase more themes in the future! Thank you for such an amazing job! 10/10

We have worked with their auction theme and was very good experience. We had a slight problem indeed but turned out to be our hosting. The staff were helpful enough to get us support and reinstall the whole thing for us. We sure recommend their customization services and install service. Auction theme is the best

Totally waste of money. There are always something not working in their themes.
Their favorite word is "new release next week", which means "a patch maybe in the next 2 months".

Their logs are totally messed, you never know what has been released, whats been changed etc.

Have a look in their website and see the inconsistencies in the themes schedules, logs, versions etc... it is all messed up.

Sorry sitemile team, I hope one day delete this comment if you guys improve.

I have used this company and In particular Andrei, I have to say has always been very helpful, fast and professional. One thing we have to understand is that a company such as site mile has many customers and therefore much to do, but I have never had to wait long for an answer and if i got stuck, he and his team were right there to rectify. Secondly, the quality of the themes are just fantastic and with a little patience can yield wonderful results. In fact, it made a clients dream come true, well done Andrei and Site Mile.

I purchased the project theme from site mile and have found it easy to use unlike other themes from other companies. Their service so far has been great and if you want to build a website to make money try Sitemile

I used the Sitemile Classified Theme for a project I am doing. Firstly, I would like to say that the theme itself is very very user friendly for someone who is new at using wordpress. It gives you simple defined layout's and space to write exactly what you would like. Now, this is where the real help comes in - The Developer himself is not opposed to do custom work. There was 1-2 things I wanted his help with and he was always just an e-mail away. I am one very happy customer.

I have found the theme i bought from this website sitemile to be extremely good. I would recommend any one that wish to use word press, to use sitemile. The help is very good i had some question and all where answered very fast.The support is the best i have seen. The website i bought the auction theme is really good. It is able to do everything i wanted and you can adjust it to you own taste. There is so much help available for these theme.
