We have had a good experience with sitemile. We have bought the theme a few years ago and since then we have not used it. Only recently we had a customer that wanted a classified ad website and decided to go with sitemile classified theme.
Not only that we got the latest update absolutely free without any renewal fee but Andrei was kind enough to help us with some cosmetic changes for it.
I'm really impressed by the commitment that after 3 years we have got the latest update for free and the same support from sitemile.com
I say give it a try and they should not be trashed by haters or business rivals like many do these days
They sell some $#*!ty themes with ZERO support. Andrei is a bloody liar and will dribble you forever. Avoid this site by all means.
I have had to contact customer service quite a few times as a new account of less than a month old. Response has always been swift and definitely within a 12 hour time frame. I came across the company a few years ago and always hesitated to use their products and services having read a few bad reviews. I am a customer who definitely believes in seeing the value of what I pay for and tech support is very important in my field for web development projects. I can say at this point, I am very glad I chose SiteMile for my latest web projects and highly recommend those reading this to give them a try.
What a big lie!
On support forum there is a LOT OF threads where somone paid for custom work and than nothing!
Its something like:
[Customer] Hey, when will be my custom work done please?
[Andrei] Very soon
- after week
[Customer] Is there any progress? When will be my work done?
[Andrei] I am just working on it
- after another week
[Customer] So. Is it done?
[Andrei] Sorry, there is a lot of snow
- next month after
[Customer] Andrei where is my job?
[Andrei] I was on wedding
[Customer] Hallo?
[Andrei] In will be very soon, i am busy now
-2 month later
[Customer] Andrei, when you gonna complete this job?
[Andrei] Soon
-another month of nothing...
[Customer] Hallo?
[Customer] Andrei... did you even start this work?
[Andrei] Sorry i dont have time now
- 2 weeks later
[Customer] Hey Andrei! I wait 8 month and nothing happen yet... and you have my money

Yes do you know why visitors cant see support forum? Because they will see only a LOT OF people who are complaining!

I wrote there about SiteMile scripts are pretty bugged and that is one man show of developer called Andrei - he is EXTREME BUSY and dont have time for anything, he always miss deadlines and has lack of respect for customers.
I reccomend you hire you own developer and create you own script - you save time and propably money too, actualy i dont know about single live working website based on sitemile script

Totally not worth the review, i dont know who you are, but probably some of those people that think a 70$ template can do what a 10.000$ website does. All custom work was done according to their difficulty, some of them were done in days some of them in weeks or months, depending on the amount of work and difficulty.
Our themes are good and do not have any bugs. Also the list of features is outlined clearly before any purchase. So if you didnt like the features or thought that are too little, why did you purchase (if indeed you are a real customer and not one of those who blackmail people with bad reviews in exchange of money)?

It was a pleasure working with a good version of classified and taskerdev theme from sitemile. Their staff over the forums was very good and Andrei in particular gave personal support over Skype in late hrs of the night when we needed. Its really good value for such small amount of money.
Awful awful awful site. Seems to be run by a one man show called Andrei, he has HORRENDOUS customer service and his programs are all designed with the intent of you having to hire him at $60 per hour in order to do the work. The themes are all written so that they cannot be ammended or changed in any way. NOTHING works properly. I can't imagine that this site would get 5 stars from anyone other than Andrei pretending to review his own work.
It's amazing that Andrei has responded TWICE in the past day to this Forum complaint, as he has NEVER EVER responded to my queries with more than 5 words. This guy is a cowboy... I think this is why his customer service skills are so awful, he spends all day on forums trying to respond to complaints. I spent loads trying to get people to sort this product. Just this morning my developer contacted me with suprise... suprise... YET ANOTHER BUG...! What a scam artist.
If anyone wants to find out more about Sitemile, I suggest you type Sitemile Scam, or Sitemile Reviews or even Sitemile scam, and you will see loads of complaints against him.

Right from the start i see that this is fake bad review (probably from some of our competitors) since we dont have any customer named that way, the review is very generic, and also we have never asked 60$/hour for custom work.
You can ask all our real customers that our hourly price is 30$/hr and has ever been. Also our themes are open source and we deliver full source code with it so customers can make their own changes if they want to.
In the last instance the support is very well, and we have trained and hired people that answer forum support queries day and night. We offer skype support as well. Shame that anyone can leave a review here even if they are not customers
I have been using sitemile.com for a few years now and I love the customer service. I use the Project Theme for wordpress and LOVE it. The themes are very easy to use and customize, even for a novice user like myself. I highly recommend sitemile.com.
What I can say about Sitemile is that the Themeshave a good idea behind the theme. But this is just the looks. Taskerdev is not working at all. Same for other Themes. Try the Demo, and you will se for yuor self.

Why am i not surprised about this, you are not answering messages here and i dont know you as customer, please refer to our customer support (forums, email, skype or even calls) and we will help you. The demos are just fine. Just see for yourself the quality of our themes.

These guys are awesome! Their themes work well and the customer support is quick an thorough. I have bought 3 themes and have been working great for over 2 years now.
Sitemile.com is the best choice if you are looking for WordPress app themes. I have tried other themes and ended up using sitemile.com themes. Don't waste your time searching and trying others they are not even near to sitemile themes quality, sitemile themes are very professional, well coded, they have a lot of functions implemented and offers the best customer support. I am very satisfied with them and I never regret disregarding the bad reviews here ( which are 100% fake from people who want money for correcting revews and they are not sitemile users and I am 100% sure they never purchased any of their themes)
The sitemile themes are just great, we are using classified and auction theme, and bought also the taskerdev and project theme for some future customers. We can say that the support is good, and Andrei has proven his good qualities.
We understand that having some 40.000 customers can be stressful sometimes and some bugs sometime slip, but they were kind enough to configure our websites using their themes.

I've bought the developer Licence for TaskerDev theme.
I am asking to be refunded since beginning of January and still, I don't have my money back. And one more thing you did not mention Andrei is that you don't offer 100% refund but only 50%, eve when your theme (like TaskerDev) is not working at all. And yes, I am a sitemile customer.
Total nonsense on this one. The refund was sent, and also yes there were some bugs at first in the theme, but they have been solved. However the refund was already sent.
No support, I would go is only interested in the money, once paid will not have more support because it will no longer respond to mails..

Sitemile.Com would appear to be a business that takes both their products and their customers very seriously indeed.
Its proprietor Mr Andrei Saioc has gone to great lengths to meet the needs of his clients and this is reflected in his product lineup, the robustness and slick appearances coupled with ease of use will take quite some beating if your looking for themes in the genre's offered.

Very good WordPress auction theme. We have worked with it and it's very advanced. Much better than auction press.
Try sitemile themes as they are very well coded and good customizations can be done to them.
Andrei was also very helpful via Skype and answered all our queries.
Do not buy the themes from sitemile is a waste of money. The themes are full of bugs, support is the worst I have ever met!
Are you even a customer? What are your issues? Please explain. We have dedicated people over our support forums which support our customers right away and i really cant believe you are a customer as otherwise you would have been helped by our support. Probably just a troll, or that guy asking again for money to remove the review when not even a customer.
