This is an honest review from an honest person, dealing with andrei and with sitemile.com and the entire team. Their support bking (user from the forum) was great, and helped me a lot. Also andrei was able to assist me on skype (its true we had a more expensive membership) and we are very happy with the services provider.

All in all a good days work, with great results. We were able to launch our site within 2 weeks of our purchase.

I am one of the real customers and I am greateful to andrei for his great work, he helped us with custom programming for the theme he sold us. We needed different registration fields and we were able to obtain a good price for the custom work

Our customer was happy and the project was delivered in time. So its a win - win
Also andrei billed us in the end for the customer work, so no risk taken

I wish I had seen these review before getting in touch with Andrei Saioc, even if he is speaking my mother language he didn't have any dfficulties in fulling me. I asked him for a theme on his site but i needed some modifications on it since the beginning so we agreed on a price and paid half of the money first and the other half when he was supposed to deliver the modifications. Guess what? After 2 months of exchanging e-mails after I wrote several times the modifications I wanted, I never received the product I paid for but only promisses and lies. I cannnot understand how people give him positive reviews since I downloaded 2 themes of his and both were full of bugs!
After I wrote a Fraud review here I received my money back from Sitemile so I removed my previous fraud post because it wasn't a fraud anymore. But I still lost 2 months on my project so this review will stay here.

Was a delight working with sitemile and their themes and the fact that they provide custom work for their own products, to make them tailor made for our needs its a huge deal for us.

I am very pleased with the work they have provided me, they were able to install my script in my own server for free within 2 hrs from my purchase and they also offered to do custom work, as we needed to integrate a banking local gateway. We are from Italy and we needed this done as custom work.

Their service was good, and not that expensive, we paid 65$ for the integration, while another developer on freelancer sites, asked us 300$ for this work.

Other than that, top notch, and Andrei is very good at coding, also their forum staff was great

Bla bla, all nonsense. Both themes are fine, if you do want custom changes of course its custom work. For what they advertised the features of these two themes are fine i can guarantee. Even with moneyback if you encounter a major bug

The auction theme is top notch, of course every person can add a comment here to this site, even if they are not customers without being verified, even your name states this is a fake comment. Please stop posting comments about your competitors and get your products better.

Our auction theme is the best and most mature theme on the market for auctions. If anyone finds any bug we will refund them, but thats not the case. Thats how much solid our product is.

Its true that at first the theme was in beta mode when we launched, but this was way back months ago. Certainly not at the time you are writing this review. If you indeed bought the theme please upgrade to the last update in your customer account because the last updates are just working fine.

Regarding the project theme, that is on the market for 4 years and now has matured enough and for long time we dont have any bugs into it. Also support on the forums is done by dedicated staff that answer all queries on a daily basis.

Do not trust the Romanian, do not trust Andrei

We like working with sitemile themes as they offer good features. The support was also good, and we even got refunded for the installation as we did it ourselves. I def recommend sitemile for anyone who wants a reliable theme provider

Great experience with sitemile and their amazing auction theme, we had a nice experience and the customer liked the features from day 1.

The support was top notch as expected and we are happy that we have found their solution.

We had come on sitemile with a bit of doubt as the theme we wanted did not contain one key feature that was important for our business.

But they have offered to add that feature for us for a fee which was pretty decent, and our customer requested that specifically, so things went just great.

All i can say is that thie programming skills are nice and auction theme rocks!

The customer support was so fast with these guys. It solved a lot of pain for me, because we had a customer that wanted an auction site setup within 1 hour, and the sitemile staff was able to assist us on a urgent basis with this setup

I will thank again and again to these guys as they are professionals and their theme is the best out there

I wish I had come to this site before purchasing the taskerdev theme because had I read these I wouldn't have bought it. The positive reviews seem like their from Andrei - the English and grammar used is uncannily similar to his comments in the forum.

I practically wasted my money (cancellation policy says Sitemile won't give refunds). I was enticed by their glamorous website and claimed features, but immediately after downloading the theme and going to the forums (which you only get access after purchasing), you realize that people who had bought it before you are going through a nightmare. Some people are just waiting for updates for over 1 year because they don't want to lose their money. For me, it's a lesson learnt and I am quickly moving away from this.

Support is very thin. There are a lot of unanswered questions in the forum. There are no documentations and no tutorials for taskerdev which just makes it worse. People are asking the same question over and over as a result, and Sitemile's response was to blame the people for not searching through the forums thoroughly.

To be fair to Sitemile though, they thought hard about the product, however it's seriously half baked. There is potential after a year's worth of updates, but not now. If you're a programmer, you may be able to debug it. I read in the forums how a group of purchasers are getting together to hire an independent programmer to debug everything because they do not think Sitemile can properly support and produce a commercial version any time soon.

It seems the project theme is a better option than taskerdev - there a lot less bugs from what I can gather, and there is at least a dedicated one man support for that theme. Not for taskerdev though,
