SiteMile is a one-man show (Andrei Saioc) out of Eastern Europe and is a complete SCAM. The scam works like this. You see an awesome-looking theme on their website full of many great features and it's cheaply priced so you decide to buy it. But once you start using it, you immediately notice that it's full of bugs so you notify support of all the errors. You will then get a response from Andrei who will give you some fake story saying that fixing those problems will require him to do several hours of "custom work" which he will then charge you for!

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! He is purposely selling faulty themes so that he can then charge unsuspecting users several hundreds of dollars in "custom work". But it gets worse! I have a friend who actually paid him for the extra work but Andrei didn't even fix all the problems and asked for more money. Andrei is a real fraud and I would suggest anyone that has had dealings with him to report him on websites like this so that no one else gets ripped off!

I am just so disappointed with site mile themes and customer support. I bought taskerdev theme and project theme. Taskerdev is a no go! It is not finished yet! You will just waste your money! Still trying to figure out project theme but that one has lots of bugs too. Currently bought another theme from another developer. I would not mention so that Andrei won't say I am a competitor as he has been doing on reviews! Anyway, I just want you guys to listen to your customers and improve your theme usability. It's not fair that people spend hard earned cash for no use. It is really sad! And by the way, I am a real customer not a fake or competitor so Andrei, do not respond saying that I am a competitor! Go clean your act. I am sooo furious right now cause you rob me and a thousand others off our cash.
Now to the good part, they have good features that I want eg location, message before bid award etc but what use if the site ain't working.

After seeing their auction theme at first we were skeptical and we bought the lowest package so we could upgrade later. It turned out to be the best theme on the market, and doesnt even compare to whatever its out there

Its simply fabulous. A big plus for sitemile and Andrei which was able to assist us personally in setting paypal adaptive via skype.

A GOOD JOB and a 5 star deserved review!

After i installed the auction template i found out that it was not doing 100% what i was hoping for. After a talk on skype with Andrei it was build in for us within the hour.
Not everyone can be made happy but some of the reactions here are for sure not correct.

We have bought the auction theme just last week, and since then we have made really good progress for our customer. The quality of the theme is very high for the low price it costs.

Yes you need to know your way around, but on which site you don't need? Who expects to make millions out of first day without doing anything on a website dreams big.

The site mile auction theme is the best, and has the most features out there. Clearly underpriced. And the support was good, they have answered our queries well on the support forum they have there. Good JOB!

My law firm is currently in discussions with a number of customers of the website Sitemile.com. It has been alleged that they have been conning customers by selling themes that contain several bugs and openly promoting them as turn-key solutions that will give you a website "within minutes of purchasing" despite being well aware that the themes do not work.

Several customers have already forwarded me screenshots where SiteMile have promised to fix the bugs but never delivered, screenshots of customer posts which SiteMile have deleted from their forum to hide their dodgy practices from potential new customers, and other evidence they have tried to hide. If you believe you have been conned by this company, or its owner Andrei Saioc, please contact me at your earliest convenience.

Solid product, excellent customer service... if you're hesitant pay with credit card
I was a little hesitant to buy a script because of the reviews here, bunch of 1's bunch of 5's just didn't seem right. Andrei was defensive of the 1's and it did seem like someone was posting dummy reviews. Anyways, just asked him what the deal was, he said without hesitation, if there's anything wrong, you get a refund. All is well so far (project bidding theme), and I feel at ease because he's been so responsive. Look there's some things that make you think twice, the review distribution, even the gmail account. Trust me, and even if you don't just use your credit card, talk to him, and take your own calculated risk, you have nothing to lose. They're solid themes on wordpress, and frankly I went with another clone originally and I'm much with this one so far.

We have bought all themes package and worked 2 customer websites, using the auction and project theme, they are very good and the code is very well written as we could modify certain parts to fit our customer specification.

I can't say enough about sitemile and Andrei. They were kind enough to assist me on urgent matter since we had a very rushed customer. Andrei helped me directly over Skype within minutes from my purchase and within 1hr I had my website up and running and that way I didn't lose the customer.

They were very pleased and BTW we have used the freelancer theme from sitemile and we think is just great. A lot of features. I suggest don't expect a 100$ theme to be a website like 15.000$. Even so the price is so little compared to the features it packs.

Yes, sorry you are not from Serbia but from Bulgaria, but its not change that your custommer support suck. And yes i am real customer not like these fake 5-stars reviews write BY YOU on next day after bad review shows there, lol: D
People just have a look, do you trust someone who write fake "awesome" review on his own business? You should not, as I said it is waste of money and time with this company, bud you can try on yourself and you will see.

All their themes are bugged. Its one-man show and customer support is really ignorant and thay dont help you with anything, they just charge you money for custom work and than do nothing!
Don pay them anything! Its completly waste of money I spend there 300 dollars for nothing.
SITEMILE IS A SCAM WITH A LOT OF FAKE REVIEWS- PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE YOU PAY ANYTHING.
And DONT TRUST ANDREI from sitemile he is trickster from Serbia.

There is a lot of fake reviews from SiteMile owner - just look on dates of reviews - If somebody publish there bad review about them, than same day or day after SiteMile write there fake reviews with 5 stars saying something like "Best customer support ever" "Best purchuase of my life" lol: D

They are creating crappy templates and every customer is just angry with them

I have to agree with other customers who writing abou lack of interest in customer support and very problematic communication and very unstable template.
Personally i think almost every positive review is wroty by sitemile owner Andrei, because people who purchuased this template are very disappointed. Include myself - tried to solve something with support is really hard and probalby impossible
I thing this Serbian guy isnt real fraud, but his attitude make me feel like he is.
Just find more reviews about sitemile and his owner, manager, head developer, developer, customer support, tester and custom work developer in one person - Andrei Saioc.
