Rick is a great communicator. Since I've been working with him his work and assistance has been excellent. Rick always responds in a timely manner either by phone or email whatever the request is made he's on top of it and quickly. Today I just needed to upload some newsletters and he had it done in minutes and sent me an email confirming that it was done. That is great customer service
