It is unfortunate that I didn't know a windows 10 computer projects websites differently from a Windows 11 computer. I had asked my website manager to make certain changes based on what I saw on my 10 computer, and it didn't seem that she was following my instructions. Unfortunately I felt like she was playing games with me because her changes didn't appear on my computer. When I looked at the website on a neighbor's computer and the church's Windows 11 computers, I realized why she was frustrate with my stupid requests and I had to appologize for my rudeness. Darlene is a sweet lady and was very patient with me in my frustration that she could not make the website changes I was requesting on my computer. Since that problem she has been very good at carying out my suggestions. I would rate her a 5 out of 5.

Enzo made it a very easy and smooth process when re-designing our 2 hospice sites. Aside from the the new look being elevated, they were very prompt and organized with their time. They delivered everything on said timelines and only had to contact me twice during the process

So my experience with simple biz started out strong, wavered a little bit, in large part, because my account was handed off to a couple of project managers that weren't on top of their game. Kudos to simple biz for moving that problem out of the way and hooking me up with audrey. So far she has been nothing short of stellar in her implementation of changes that I need to my brand new website and her communication with me ensuring such. The additions that were made on their own initiative definitely enhanced the website. Their collaboration between myself and the Project Manager, Chuck Castro made the process seamless. Chuck and I would communicate often via email and occasionally by phone to make sure that he understood what I wanted as the project developed. Additions and changes were made in a timely fashion which was a big plus.
The only areas that I saw room for improvement with the process in my opinion are, the SEO was worked on prematurely, which had Chuck trying to control the information that I wanted on the website so it would accommodate the prepared SEO some of which would have been inaccurate.
The next area that I believe would improve the process would be proofreading. Whether a dedicated proofreader or an intermediate that was privy to the requested changes or additions to see that they were implemented correctly and without altering any other parts or operations of the website.
