Working with Simple Biz on the initial design of the website was great and the team was communicative. Now, after the website being live for 7 months, we need to make some updates. We've been dealing with 3 different people and none of them reply to emails in a timely manner (days to get replies), nor do they check their work after they make the updates. They added duplicate headers, the links from the headers go to the incorrect page, the social media icons are hidden behind the phone number, etc. I've requested calls to clarify and they just don't respond.

We have been working with Simple Biz for over 3 months now, and when entering our site on seo analyzation, I find that we are not ranking and not optimizing seo on our sites, minimal if any. When I was escalated to a supervisor, he promised we would rank on the first page of google in 3 weeks. When I asked why that had not been done yet after 3 months, his response is that it's the clients responsibility to send in keywords for the seo team to optimize. This is something included with all other seo and web design companies. The only contact that I receive is a response to my email. We do not receive updates on the progress of the site, or reporting on how the site is performing. The utilize SEObility for analyzing seo on sites, and the numbers do not match any other seo analyzing site, the word count is not even accurate and completely inflated on "SEObility". I was told I was not able to get in touch with *, the salesman who promised the services and ranking on google. The only option was an e-mail for contact. * falsely claimed that there was no number to contact anyone else in the office, as he was the highest authority. I would strongly recommend doing your own seo analyzing on simple biz and other projects they have served before diving into this financial hole.

I purchased a website in March and as of June 6 still have no up and live website! I was told 3 weeks and here it is 3 MONTHS and no live website and no answers. I am asked to pay monthly servicing optimizing fees and not even a website complete. Now I am told they cannot speak to me until I pay monthly fees. This company needs investigating and I would NOT NEVER EVER recommend this scam of a company. I was misled and dragged along to now months later and if I am not satisfied I can leave no obligation after wasting $500! Do not get involved with this scam of a company con artist people that lie. I have all documentation to provide anyone wanting to look before deciding and you can see for yourself.

I'd like to file a complaint about a business that is known as Simple.biz They do web sites. Sadly they built two web sites for me back in Sept of 2021 and I never was able to view them online. Once they told me what the web hosting fees would be I decided not to pursue business with them. In an email back in November on the 16th, they indicated to me that they would process a refund for the amount of the two web sites, which was $798. I have yet to see my refund. After numerous attempts to reach out to them by telephone and email I have unsuccessfully been unable to reach anyone. They have now blocked my phone calls. I would like to submit a review on them. However, as far as I know they are not a member of the BBB. So, would you let me know how I can proceed to let others know about my disappointment experience with Simple.biz?

They are trying to do legitimate business for introductory beginningt businesses, so it is not an outright scam, HOWEVER BUYER BEWARE (1) this 'simple service' promoted by known scammer * (2) they own your site, you can not transport to another server (3) that means they hold you hostage to monthly service fee. Look you can host your own site for less than $100 a YEAR they charge that much a MONTH and then SURPRISE decided to UP MY FEE 40% to $140 because I was trapped - they owned the codes and site. They conned me into thinking it would be in our best interest to reduce a 40 page established site down to 10 pages. It was not. Our Google Analytic traffic went from 1000s a MONTH TO ZERO, NADA NOTHING. Their SEO was non existent even though that is supposed to be part of the monthly fee. They totally sabotaged our established business. So, if you are a newbe getting started this might be a good fit for you, if you are an established business with traffic, I'd look somewhere else. You need a more sophisticated service. This is a fair assessment based on the facts.
