I launched an Adwords campaign which ran successfully for a few days and then it suddenly stopped running for no apparent reason. I contacted customer support who advised of a technical problem and shock horror no immediate support avaialbel. I was sent a technical support link and was further disgusted when I had to fill in and submit a form to get an appointment with tech support in 3 - 5 days time! I did this and we're 5 days down the track and still no tech support. Absolutely horrendous and inefficient bureaucracy gone mad. How I'm supposed to run advertising campaigns with no support when tech problems hit. A shocking example of a monoploy tech giant having zero care or concern for customers. Google you suck - I'd love to get some response which no doubt will never happen
