AVOID

13 January 2023 orderd and received a confirmation. To be waiting for shipping info.
Till 24 January heard nothing.
Opened charge back through my bank.
Suddenly, received an email from silksilky: WE ARE SORRY IT WAS CHINESS NEW YEAR HOLIDAY!
ASKING ME TO REMOVE MY REQUEST TO CHARGE BACK.

IN SHORT WORD: AVOID IT.

$225.09 Refund still due

I ordered a set of his & hers PJ's with dog imprint in late Oct/Nov 2022 for my son & daugher in law. Their dog suddenly passed away at a local groomer before I received this Christmas gift. I followed the instructions & precisely returned requesting a refund. They acknowledged my return but STILL NO REFUND.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE.

Terrible product, terrible service

As of the time im writing this im about 15 days into trying to get a refund, i stated in my first email that i didnt not want a replacement for a damaged, midsized and discolored product they respond after days telling me they would send a replacement...really
I tell them again i do no want a replacement and only want a refund and i will not be paying shipping for the item.
Days go by with no response so i send another email stating after another 2 days i would simply go though PayPal for my refund they...they finally respond to that telling me that its a holiday and someone will respond in the next 5 days...are you $#*!ing kidding?
My finale email to them simply stated they have a 100% return policy which they have ignored, they have a 24 hour response time listed on there website which they ignored and that they have totally ignored my requests for several weeks and to no long send me anything and respond only to the ticket on paypal

I feel bad for anyone that bought anything from them directly they are 100% a scam company ive seen better products at walmart

Got a message today offering me to return unwanted items for a 20% refund...an international shipping fee for a $25 refund...

Beware! Bought 250$ worth of items as a gift. None of the pieces fit well so tried to return. No return process described on website other than to request via email. 3 emails and 12 days later, still haven't received acknowledgment of my request. Also note: Website also specifies that shipping costs for returns will apply.

Still trying to return

This site is awful! They run you in circles to get a return for incorrect size. ( I'm a small, per their sizing I'm a large/ xl)

This company are an absolute disgrace! I ordered a Christmas present for my wife with plenty of time for delivery and it did not arrive. I've had zero updates and replies to my emails have been slow and unhelpful!

I don't think I will ever receive my goods or a refund if I requested one. Do not support this company and shop elsewhere!

ZERO returns despite "30 day return promise"

I ordered a duvet as a gift and got the wrong color. SilkSilky declined any form of return by simply not responding to emails when I declined replacement and asked for a return. I placed the return request 48 hours after receiving the duvet, well inside of their "30 day return policy". Lots of other companies selling silk at the same or lower price that allow for returns.

Refuse legitimate refunds

The refulnd policy on their website says "We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice." HOWEVER, they refuse to give the refund or accept returns. AVOID.

Absolutely the worst
September 13, 2022

This company is the absolute worst. Been waiting since MARCH for over $200 credit for returned merchandise. Multiple emails back and forth. Was asked for the tracking number which was fine. Then a photo of the returned items (luckily I took one). Dozens of excuses for the delay in poor English, One reason for the return - sizes are at least two sizes smaller than expected US sizes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

A TOTAL 100% FRAUD OF A COMPANY

Sent wrong merchandise to start with. Their sizes vary radically as well. See pics of two XS pajama sets. Completely different sizes and both XS. The fabric quality and color is not what they advertise. And you will NEVER be able to return merchandise or get a refund. Fake addresses if you can even get an address from them. These people are LIARS and COMPLETELY UNETHICAL in every area of business. AVOID SILKSILKY AT ALL COSTS. They are a nightmare company. I am disputing my purchase through PayPal because I have a 0% chance of refund going directly through SilkSilky. If you purchase without protection your money is gone forever!

Simply the worst

Their return location is vacant and your return won't be delivered therefore they don't refund you. They barely answer the emails. Their phone number is fake. Very cheap materials. Wrong sizings. They are criminals!

Ich möchte gerade einen Artikel retournieren, jedoch nennt mir der Kundendienst trotz inzwischen 5-maliger Aufforderung keine Retourenadresse. Er fordert mich jedoch immer wieder auf, ihm Fotos zuzusenden über die Verpackung sowie den Inhalt, so etwas habe ich noch niemals erlebt und kann nur jeden Verbraucher warnen.

Do not buy from this company. They only offer excuses and no refunds even though the product was returned and tracked to their warehouse in Kunshan City, China. Their website shows beautiful caucasian women in pretty nite clothes, but trust me folks this is a Chinese company and probably write their own positive reviews!. I returned a pair of pajamas in the original packaging within a few days and asked for a refund of $124,90 to my Credit card and all I have received in return in almost 90 days is excuses like Covid problems, customs problems, and even such delay tactics as blaming the delay on Chinese New Year of all things. They do continue to offer other products in exchange, but do not want to process the refund like their advertising indicates. Beware, beware, beware of this fraudulent company!
